This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site handles when you visit it. It applies to the Site only — not to the medical care provided at our surgical center.

This website and your health information

The Site is informational. It does not ask for, collect, store, or process medical records or health information, and it has no patient portal, contact forms, or appointment booking.
