Accessibility Statement
Last updated August 3, 2026
Cherry Tree Surgical, LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website comfortably, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do to support accessibility
- Motion control. The home page uses a decorative background video and subtle animations. A “Pause motion” button on that page stops the video, particle effects, and animated imagery. The site also honors your device’s “reduce motion” setting automatically: with it enabled, the video does not auto-play and the particle, blinking, and bounce effects stop. Some gentle scroll-linked transitions remain.
- Keyboard support. All interactive elements are reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
- Readable text. Text colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast minimums against the dark background, and pages remain usable at 200% zoom on small screens.
- Semantic structure. Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks, and alt text for images; decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
- No time limits. Nothing on the site requires timed responses, and no content flashes.
Known limitations
- The background video is purely decorative and has no audio or informational content, so it has no captions or audio description.
- Some linked third-party websites (for example, mapping and partner sites) are outside our control and may not meet the same standards.
